Appetizers

Farm hummus ⋄ Pita wedges & crudités ⋄ Cow Creek Farm grass fed beef meatballs served in a white cream sauce ⋄ Assorted bread

Salad

Summer Spinach Salad

Roasted sweet potatoes, fresh blueberries, feta cheese, spiced pecans, served over a bed of spinach, served with an apple cider vinaigrette on the side.

Main Course

Miso Glazed Game Hen

Full cornish hen grilled in a miso and sake glaze, served with fresh bean ragout in a savory garlic butter sauce.

Grilled Salmon

Seasoned in our own chili lime seasoning and grilled to perfection. Served with wilted greens and charred corn sautéed in a garlic olive oil.

Dessert

Strawberry rhubarb crisp, served with lemon mascarpone crème ⋄ Raspberry white chocolate bread pudding
