Shrimp ‘N Grits
It just would not be a cajun seasoning if we did not include Shrimp ‘N Grits for inspiration. You cannot get more Southern than this dish. The shrimp are cooked in a creole red sauce spiced up with our Cajun Seasoning. The grits are creamy and cheesy filled with two kinds of cheese and beyond delicious. Topped with chopped andouille sausage for another layer of sweet heat.

Cajun Shrimp Tacos
Kick up the heat with our Cajun Seasoning and Shrimp with these N’awlins style tacos. Jumbo shrimp that have been sautéed in a Cajun compound butter and tossed with andouille sausage, bacon bits, and peppers. Stuffed in a taco shell and drizzled with a creamy Cajun sauce, shredded cheese, and chopped green onion. You are going to wish every day was Taco day!

This recipe cooks and serves the catfish in a brown bag. Using a paper bag to cook foods helps to retain moisture and seal in flavor.
